"Pay What You Can" campaigns, directing resources toward platform costs or emergency needs, promoting dignity and autonomy for everyone involved.
for food, healthcare, technology, or essential items, which can be used by professionals or transferred to family members across borders. In many asylum contexts, receiving money directly is not possible, so we provide gift cards.
When clients cannot pay the full fair value, the difference is covered by donations from specialists and partner organizations, ensuring professionals are fairly compensated.
Project selection, review, and post-delivery client support are handled by senior, retired, or volunteer professionals collaborating with the collective.
Membership fees are used to cover fixed technology and communication costs with professionals. The fee is variable, depending on the size of the organization and its financial capacity locally, respecting the realities of each country.
The main advantages for member organizations are having access to our services, with work delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on the complexity. And receiving gift cards for services to be shared within their trusted network.
We created a small set of flashcards with the topics we enjoy contributing to as professionals. Each card has a simple definition of what it means.
We actively curate and translate vital resources. Our goal is to support, educate, and inspire every member of our community without frontiers by making essential knowledge accessible and culturally relevant.

No sensitive data of professionals is exposed. We use robust privacy controls that respect and protect the safety of people in vulnerable situations.
We connect talent only to organizations, collectives, and businesses that share our values of human and animal dignity, regeneration, and active promotion of peace.
The platform is cooperatively governed by its members, with decisions based on holacratic principles, ensuring that all voices are heard, respected, and valued.
We also accept cryptocurrencies for professionals at risk due to their identity, religion, political stance, expression, activism, or gender.
We are a collective that offers personalized educational support while generating various types of resources for hundreds of people. At the heart of our work are dignity, safety, freedom, and peaceful regeneration.
Our model is hybrid, designed to address many realities that are not considered by traditional markets or government bureaucracies.
When the available options are “hiring through charity” or “hiring for tax benefits”—neither of which truly includes us—we are still millions of people (autistic people, Deaf people, people with aphasia, women in situations of refuge or asylum, survivors of war, people living with rare syndromes, people with functional diversity, women over 60...).
Choosing who we want to walk alongside and dedicate our time to co-creating, growing movements, supporting entrepreneurs and collectives, are acts of resilience, repair, and restoration for the future that every living being deserves.
We are part of the solution, creating it together without asking for permission.
